CHN Energy Tech recently secured an order from Ningxia Coal Industry for its self-developed 30-cell ultra-low-temperature denitration catalyst. The catalyst will be deployed in an industrial waste incineration project to achieve ultra-low emissions. This breakthrough fills a critical technical gap in China for honeycomb catalysts operating efficiently within the 180-220°C range.
Conventional imported catalysts require auxiliary heating equipment, increasing energy costs by 15-20%. CHN Energy Tech's novel catalyst delivers excellent performance at 180°C, reducing costs by over 30% compared to similar products while meeting national standards for compressive strength and specific surface area. The demonstration project is expected to save approximately 2 million RMB in annual energy costs and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by over 500 tons.
This successful application provides a new solution for ultra-low emission upgrades in non-power industries. CHN Energy Tech will now focus on expanding into low-temperature flue gas treatment sectors, such as industrial waste incineration and coking.
